A Fun Spring Self-Care Idea

Happy spring everyone!

I love spring. For me, it represents a time for renewal, new beginnings, and time to set goals (not to mention, beautiful, cleansing weather!). A great spring goal is always to evaluate the ways you’re taking care of yourself (and protecting your energy) and look for ways you can step it up. I use my journal to do this, but you can just spend a few minutes in a quiet place (preferably outdoors) to put some thought into it.
